During the Shiatsu treatment you lie on a futon, a mattress on the floor. For people who find it difficult to lie down (for a long time), there is the option to receive Shiatsu seated. Supportive pillows are provided so that you are never uncomfortable. The treatment is always tailored to your physical (im) capabilities.
To make the treatment as relaxed as possible, I will not have an active conversation during the massage. There's no music on and I don't burn incense.
The therapeutic treatment lasts one hour. Before and after each massage, some time will be devoted to the diagnosis and evaluation of the treatment.
With the relaxing massage you can choose from half an hour to an hour and a half.
The massage is given without massage oil; you keep your clothes on. For your own convenience and a good flow of Qi, it is advisable to wear thin, loose-fitting clothing.
